\u201cThat Mr Augustine Mano, who retires in accordance with clause 15.3(c) of the Company\u2019s Constitution and, being eligible, has offered himself for re-election, be elected as a Director of the Company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

3. Re-election of Watt Kiddie as a Non-executive Director<\/strong><\/p>

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:<\/p>

\u201cThat Mr Watt Kiddie, who retires in accordance with clause 15.3(c) of the Company\u2019s Constitution and, being eligible, has offered himself for re-election, be elected as a Director of the Company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

4. Re-election of Edward Matane as a Non-executive Director<\/strong><\/p>

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:<\/p>

\u201cThat Mr Edward Matane, who retires in accordance with clause 15.3(c) of the Company\u2019s Constitution and, being eligible, has offered himself for re-election, be elected as a Director of the Company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

5. Election of Andrew Ogil as a Non-executive Director<\/strong><\/p>

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:<\/p>

\u201cThat Mr. Andrew Ogil, who retires in accordance with clause 15.6 of the Company\u2019s Constitution and, being eligible, has offered himself for re-election, be elected as a Director of the Company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

6. Election of Andrew Crompton as a Non-executive Director<\/strong><\/p>

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an ordinary resolution:<\/p>

\u201cThat Mr Andrew Crompton, who retires in accordance with clause 15.6 of the Company\u2019s Constitution and, being eligible, has offered himself for re-election, be elected as a Director of the Company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

7. Appointment of Auditors<\/strong><\/p>

To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:<\/p>

\u201cThat Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu be appointed as the Company\u2019s auditor from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the Company\u2019s next annual meeting and to audit the 2018 financial statements of the Company and the group financial statements during that period.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
