Delays Within Our Control
When a delay or cancellation is due to factors within our control — such as aircraft malfunction, unavailability of crew or equipment — PNG Air will rebook you free of charge and, by the situation, provide accommodation.
Delays Outside Of Our Control
If the disruption results from factors outside our control — such as severe weather, civil unrest or natural disasters — PNG Air will rebook you on the next available flight, but will not provide accommodation.
If suitable alternative arrangements cannot be made, you may request a refund for the full price of your affected flight.
