Delays Within Our Control
If we delay or cancel a flight, we will rebook Free of Charge and provide accommodation depending on the situation. Situations – such as a broken down aircraft, lack of available aircraft or crew.
Delays Outside of our control
Delays / cancellations out of our control are caused by weather, civil unrest, natural disasters. In these situations, passengers will be rebooked to the next available flight and accommodation will not be provided by the airline.
If we are unable to make suitable alternative arrangements, you may request a refund for the total price you paid for your affected flight.
