What Types of Identification Are Accepted?
When checking in and obtaining your boarding pass, you may present one of the following valid identification documents:
- Passport
- Superannuation ID
- NID Card
- Employee ID
- Student ID
If your ID lacks a photo or you’re unsure whether it’s acceptable, contact our customer service team well in advance. If you are travelling with an Infant, proof of age is required, where possible a birth certificate or a letter from a health care worker.
