Our Traffic and Cargo departments at PNG Air work hand in hand to ensure all passengers, luggage and cargo on flights make it to their intended destinations
The Traffic department at PNG Air is responsible for checking in passengers at the terminal, boarding passengers , producing the flight manifests, which, once completed, are passed on to our Flight Operations department and these form the basis of the paperwork required to safely conduct passenger services. Our staff will do all that they can to ensure you are briefed on all aspects of your travel and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding baggage, connections and your onward travel.
