Check - In Times
Check – in opens 2 hours prior to departure.
Checking in with PNG Air is quick and simple, giving you more time to enjoy your journey. To ensure we get you away on time, please ensure you arrive 2 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.
For INTERNATIONAL services, the flight will close for check-in 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
For DOMESTIC services, the flight will close for check-in 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You will not be able to check-in when the flight is closed.
Not showing up for the flight (no show) or failure to board the aircraft after checking in for the flight MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF FARE depending on the type of fare purchased.
Online Check - In
Save time at the airport by checking in online before your flight. With PNG Air’s online check-in service, you can confirm your booking, select your seat, and download or print your boarding pass from the comfort of your home or on the go. Online check-in is available prior to departure and is the easiest way to avoid long queues and begin your journey with ease.
Passengers who check in online and have baggage to check-in must be at the check-in counter 1 hour before their flight closes to drop off check-in baggage. Failure to do will result in your check-in baggage not being accepted on the flight.
Passengers without baggage must show up to the airport no later than 30 minutes prior to departure for boarding. Failing to board the aircraft may result in forfeiting your fare.
